Rockin' Shoppin' Eve 2006

Four Seasons Town Centre, Greensboro, North Carolina. Scenes from the first annual Rockin' Shoppin' Eve, November 24th, 2006. (photographed with camera phone)

Along with several other malls owned by General Growth Properties, Four Seasons Town Centre celebrated the biggest shopping day of the year with an all night shopping party. The first Rockin' Shoppin' Eve was a success, and the mall plans to do it again this year on November 23rd, starting at 1:00 AM. Enjoy great bargains, exclusive discounts, free giveaways, rockin' entertainment, and much more!

  1. Amongst all of the celebrating, was it a good oportunity to take pictures of various mall storefronts? Did mall security have an even more noticeable presence?

  2. Four Seasons is one of the most heavily monitored malls in the Southeast and the place was packed, so I didn't get many storefronts. I do have a bunch of pictures from there I haven't posted, however.

  3. Since this a hulking multi-level mall, do you know how retailers get their merchandise to the upper levels? Elevators can't be all that reliable.

  4. I only went to the mall's JCPenney this year at around 7:30. It's neat how Four Seasons opened at 1:00, but I'd need a water tower full of coffee to get me there that early!

  5. Too bad you didn't have your coffee, Billy. I think you would have gotten a kick out of this year's festivities. The featured band played all retro music. :-)

  6. Nitek: The mall has street entrances on the first and second levels, so the third floor is serviced by elevators.
