  1. I have an article about the Expansion of Northpark some time ago. I think they were adding Lord & Taylor, but don't know if it is there anymore. Nevertheless, it appears as if Barney's has upheld their chic reputation. The architecture of the mall has always been fascinating and this is no exception. On another note, we are finally getting Barney's in San Francisco. We've had an outlet for ages, but, you know, we deserve more! :)

  2. NorthPark was the first mall I ever saw chronicled in an architecture and art book. That was back in elementry school. I've even written to them talking about how I love their mall, but I have yet to visit it.

The new Barneys is in part of the old Lord & Taylor, by the way.

Barneys and San Francisco seem like a great fit. I wonder why nobody thought of putting one there before?
