  1. It would look more appealing, if there were ample amounts of landscaping and, possibly, an open plaza anchored by a dramatic water feature.

  2. Those touches would definately hep, but Richmnond Plaza tends to be a pretty bare-bones operation.

  3. It reminds me of the Assyrian Community Center. Did they intend Arabian architecture? I'm not saying it's bad, quite the contrary. It's just not what I figured a department store would go for.

  4. It does have a slightly Arabic feel. Never thought about it.

    I think they were going for an inexpensive modification to an existing canopy. They actually pulled off a decent facade, not extraordinary, but not totally horrible either.
