Frequent LiveMalls contributor Patrick Richardson went to the Lancaster Square in Lancaster, South Carolina, and took these great pictures (below) of the Belk store there. His comments are in italics below.

For a one-story store, this one is fairly big. The interior is octagonal. The outside side door has a cool drive-under. The posts on the front and side have unusual rectangular-shaded lights on them.

For Lancaster shopping, Belk is the only place to shop for anything marginally high-end. Everyone else seems to go to the Wal-Mart a mile away. Not sure why Belk is on listed on the street-sign--they're been here for a long time.

  1. I often forget Lancaster, South Carolina has a Belk store of its own. Amazing, I've never seen it! Happy Thanksgiving Steve
